GCG was founded in 2018 by Michelle Bettis (right), Nikki Russell (middle), and Stephanie Montgomery (left). Since then, the leaders have shared their work at TSIN (2018) and FETC (2019) conferences and the initiative has gained considerable traction, now reaching 14 schools in the district.
